How to request a withdrawal
Withdrawals begin in your account dashboard. You tap "Withdraw", select a payment method, and enter the amount. If your account is verified, the withdrawal processes immediately. If we have not verified your account yet, we send you a KYC (know-your-customer) form asking for proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership. You upload your documents, and we review them within one business day.
We accept these payment methods for withdrawals: DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. Your withdrawal goes to the same account or wallet you used for deposits. If you have played across multiple slot games (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways) or tournaments, your total balance is the sum of your spins, tournament winnings, and any remaining balance.

Account verification and KYC documents

Verification happens once per account
After your account is verified, you can withdraw unlimited times without re-submitting documents. Verification carries over if you log in from a new device or browser.
Payment methods and processing times

We do not hold funds after processing. Once your withdrawal is approved, we transfer the money immediately. If your bank takes extra time, that delay is on your bank's side, not ours. If your withdrawal does not arrive after three business days, contact your bank and our support team—we can provide a proof-of-transfer document.
Why withdrawals may be delayed
Withdrawals can be delayed for a few reasons: incomplete verification, payment method issues, or fraud detection. If we detect unusual activity (for example, a withdrawal from a different country than your login history), we may place a hold while we verify. We do not do this to trap your money—we do it to protect your account from theft.
If your withdrawal is on hold, we email you explaining why and what documents we need. This process usually takes 24 to 48 hours. During holidays like Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, or Nyepi, verification may take longer because our team works reduced hours. We always notify you of delays in advance when we know about them.
Withdrawals from tournament winnings
If your withdrawal comes from tournament winnings (for example, from Aviator, Mahjong Ways, or Gates of Olympus tournaments), the process is the same. We verify your account, confirm the tournament result, and transfer your payout. We do not hold tournament winnings longer than regular withdrawals.
Your account balance shows the sum of all your winnings. If you placed tournaments at different times, your balance reflects all of them. When you withdraw, you can withdraw part of your balance or all of it. You are not required to keep winnings in your account—you can cash out anytime after your account is verified.

Disputing a withdrawal or transaction
If your withdrawal does not arrive, or if you believe a transaction was made in error, contact our support team with your withdrawal ID. We keep records of all withdrawals for 12 months. We can confirm whether the transfer was sent to your payment method, and we can escalate the issue to your bank if needed.
If you believe your account was hacked or an unauthorized withdrawal was made, let us know immediately. We can freeze your account, review the transaction, and help you recover it if fraud is confirmed. Account recovery takes time—typically three to five business days—but we will work with your bank to reverse unauthorized transfers.
Account recovery and lost access
If you forget your password or lose access to your email, you can still request a withdrawal. We use identity verification to confirm your access. Provide your account email, registered phone number, and a copy of your ID. We verify you are the account owner, reset your password, and restore your access. This process takes one to two business days.
If your account was compromised and you suspect unauthorized withdrawals, report it to us immediately. We can place a hold on further transactions while we investigate. Do not attempt to log in repeatedly if you are locked out—this may trigger additional security blocks.
