How livesgp Tournaments Work
A livesgp tournament is a time-bound competition where players accumulate points across spins in a single game. We publish the tournament schedule at least one week in advance, showing the game, start time, duration, and entry fee (if applicable). You join by tapping "Enter Tournament" in the game lobby. Your account balance is debited if there is an entry fee; if the tournament is free, you join instantly.
Once you enter, your leaderboard position appears immediately—usually at the bottom, since you have zero points at start. Every spin you play increments your score according to the game's scoring rules. We update the leaderboard every subject to verification so you can track your rank in real time. When the tournament closes, we lock the leaderboard, verify all session logs, and publish final rankings within 24 hours.
Tournaments give your play structure and visibility—you are not spinning alone, and your rank updates as you play.
Scoring mechanics
Scoring varies by game. On Mahjong Ways, we award points for tile-matching cascades and bonus-feature triggers. On Gates of Olympus, points come from free-spin count and highest single-spin multiplier. On Aviator, we rank by highest crash multiplier achieved or total cash-outs. On Sweet Bonanza and Fortune Tiger, points accumulate from free-spin triggers and cluster-pay wins.
We do not publish exact point-per-win formulas—the math is proprietary and audited by our compliance team. What we do publish is the scoring category for each tournament (e.g., "Highest Multiplier", "Free-Spin Count", "Total Points"). You can see your current score and your rank at any time during the tournament. If you believe a score was calculated incorrectly, contact our support team with your tournament ID and session timestamp, and we will review the logs.
Tournament schedules align with regional events
We adjust tournament timing around Liga 1 matches, Piala AFF fixtures, and holidays like Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, and Nyepi to match player availability.
The Five Tournament Games
- Mahjong Ways
- Tile-matching slot with cascading wins. Tournaments track free-spin triggers and consecutive cascade streaks.
- Gates of Olympus
- Deity-themed slot with payline multipliers. Tournaments rank by free-spin count or highest single-spin win.
- Aviator
- Crash-game multiplier. Tournaments track highest multiplier reached or total successful cash-outs.
- Sweet Bonanza
- Cluster-pay candy slot. Tournaments rank by free-spin triggers or total points across 100+ spins.
- Fortune Tiger
- Asian-inspired slot with tiger symbols. Tournaments track free-spin count or total play volume.
Each game runs its own tournament schedule. You might see Mahjong Ways tournaments on Monday and Wednesday, Gates of Olympus on Tuesday and Thursday, and Aviator running continuously. Check the tournament lobby to see which games have active events. Players in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, and Semarang can enter any tournament simultaneously—your play in each game tracks independently.
Deposits and Tournament Entry
Before entering a tournament, you must fund your livesgp account. We accept six payment methods: DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. We also accept direct bank transfers from mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. Deposits are instant—your balance updates within seconds of payment confirmation.
Tournament entry fees vary. Some tournaments are free; others charge a small entry fee that is deducted from your balance when you join. We display the entry fee clearly before you confirm. If you do not have enough balance to cover the fee, we prompt you to deposit more. Once you enter, your balance is locked for that tournament—you cannot withdraw it until the tournament ends and prizes are settled.
Prize settlement and withdrawals
When a tournament ends, we verify all session logs and calculate final rankings. Prizes are credited to your account balance as bonus credits. You can use these credits to enter future tournaments or to play other games on livesgp. If you want to withdraw your balance (including tournament winnings), you request a withdrawal through your account settings.
Withdrawals are processed back to your original payment method. If you deposited via mobile banking, your withdrawal goes to local payment. If you used a bank transfer, we send the funds to your registered bank account. We do not guarantee exact processing times; most withdrawals complete within 24 business hours, but verification can take longer if we need to confirm your identity or payment method.
Before your first withdrawal, we ask for proof of identity (ID card, passport) and proof of payment method (bank statement, payment app screenshot). We review documents within one business day. If we need clarification, our support team emails you directly. We do not reject withdrawals without explanation—if there is an issue, we tell you what we need and how to fix it.

Account Verification and Support
We require account verification before your first withdrawal. Upload these documents through your account settings. Our compliance team reviews them within one business day.
If your documents are unclear or incomplete, we email you with specific feedback. We do not reject applications without explanation. If you have questions about verification, contact our support team. We are available in English and Indonesian, and we respond to emails within 24 hours. For urgent issues, we offer live chat during business hours (9 AM to 6 PM Jakarta time, Monday to Friday).
If you forget your password, we send a reset link to your registered email. If you lose access to your email, we verify your identity via ID and payment method before restoring your account. This process takes one to two business days. We do not offer instant account recovery—security is more important than speed.

Fair play and dispute resolution
Every game on livesgp runs on certified software from Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, or Habanero. We publish the return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game; you can find it in the game's info panel. We do not adjust RTP per player or per session—the math is the same for everyone.
If you believe a tournament score was calculated incorrectly, contact our support team with your tournament ID and session timestamp. We review the session logs and the game's scoring rules. If we find an error, we correct your score and update the leaderboard. If we find no error, we explain the calculation in detail. We do not make score adjustments without evidence.
Jurisdiction and service availability
Our services are available only where local law permits. We do not offer our services in jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited. Users are responsible for verifying that access and use comply with their own jurisdiction's law. If we detect access from a restricted region, we may freeze your account pending verification.
